Love in Isla Mujeres, Mexico

November was a whirlwind of adventure, champagne, a whole lotta love and we have Andrew & Angéle to thank!!  These two love birds REALLY know how to throw a wedding!  Andy Shepard & I co-shot this wedding weekend and it was four solid days of ridiculous amounts of fun, I wish this weekend were like groundhogs day, it was that AWESOME!  We hopped on a boat from Cancun to Isla Mujeres the afternoon of November 14th when we checked into Privilege Aluxes resort where we were greeted with two glasses of champagne and a sweet welcome bag filled with customized koozies, sunglasses, hangover kits and sunscreen, the MOST perfect way to start of the weekend of #RaderPartyofDos.  Love love love!!   The first people we see when we get to the beach is this happy family –  **Note Angéle’s awesome Feyonce tank – could she BE any cuter?!? Haha!**

We had to sit and enjoy this gorgeous sunset, and of course – do a little bit of swimming!  ;0) The most perfect first night!

The wedding day was perfect – naturally! ;0) The ladies getting ready all morning in the penthouse suite overlooking the ocean sipping on mimosas, writing vows and lots of storytelling and laughing.  The boys, swimming playing, drinking and having a great time.

For the portraits, we danced down the street & drank some DElish coconut water and headed to the swing bar, one of our favorite places!

Phew!! It was a whirlwind day, beautiful portraits, heartfelt ceremony, dancing with the mariachi band, boatloads of laughs and now its time to BRING ON THE TEQUILA!!!

It did NOT take much to get this awesome party started, these people are the FUNNEST!!! ;0) 

I didn’t want the party to end… too much fun, but don’t worry we had a LOT of fun planned the next morning!!  We met in the lobby and headed out on a catamaran for a quick seven hour cruise around the island, SO much food and booze and fun… we couldn’t even take photos!!  HA! I liked what the girls were saying – the memories are in their hearts & minds!

Day three in paradise, we met up with the newlyweds (can I just give them a shoutout for getting dressed up after the longest craziest most awesome week ever and SUCH good sports!!) just before sunset explored the seven miles of the island on our golf cart and here are a few places we found.

Oh my goodness, this year working with Angéle & Andrew has been ridiculous – what a dream.  There is so much love with this little family it is unbelievable, creative and patient and trusting -the best to work with!  Andy & I had the MOST fun, at the engagement session and every minute in Mexico!!  Thank you guys for being awesome!!!
