Brandy & Adrian are planning their wedding for the middle of August (next week!?) at her parents house and I cannot wait – it is going to be SO much fun! These two are such a great couple, so much fun – I can only imagine how fun their friends & family will be. =) A couple of weeks ago Brandy, Adrian and I met up at Kerry Park & Parsons Gardens on the Queen Anne Hill to take some engagement photos, we got to talking and found out that we all have something in common – SE Alaska! Brandy’s Mom spent many of her years in Sitka Alaska – Adrian spent a summer (or more?) on a boat with his parents through the inside passage and working up in Skagway (one of my FAVORITE towns!) and of course – that’s where I spent the better part of 18+ years. =)
It was a gorgeous day we picked for the photos (hoooray for sunny seattle summers!) and we spent a very laid back hour walking around the streets chatting and of course taking pictures! Here are a few of my favs:
