North to Alaska~

This past weekend Ryan and I headed up to Alaska to visit my parents – they live in a small town called Clam Gulch – not far from Homer (my favorite town) & about 3 hours from Anchorage. It was SUCH a great time and VERY appreciated mini-vacation!  We rode 4-wheelers, went fishing, built fires and of course took a TON of photos!!  Here are a few of my favorites:

Don’t worry – it is a pellet gun and we were just shooting balloons & water bottles (oh & a few of my mom’s lawn decoration.  hee hee)

We had SUCH a great fishing day!  EVERY time we dropped our line in the water we got a nibble in less than a minute!!  This time – I got TWO on one line!! WHOOHOO!!  (we ended up with about 7 packages of halibut)
