Ted & Jody ~ Expecting!

This is one of my favorite pregnancy sessions to talk about for sure!

Jody is one of my sisters great friends from back home, she  has been talking about wanting pregnancy photos since…. well for a LONG time.  It turns out she was one of the girls who didn’t really “pop” out until the last few weeks, so we knew we were going to be cutting it close.  But who knew it would be this close!! I got a call from Vera (my sister) –  Jody was in labor and was REALLY sad that we hadn’t done the photos yet.  So, Jody & Ted got in their truck and drove an hour to get to Seattle so we could do the photos.  That’s right – these beautiful photos, where Jody looks like a supermodel are documenting a small part of what turned out to be a VERY long laboring process.  But, now she has an amazingly sweet little boy – Cash.  (such a cute name!)  I haven’t met him yet – but I bet you’ll get to see photos of him on this blog sometime soon!
